after seeing him deal with a homeless person out side his office, i would not let him near my family he was rude and cruel to this poor lady who was just trying to get out of the sun

Love this office from the Dr. to the staff, they are all nice and respectful. Great customer service ,painless procedures, very clean and i can trust and recommend him to anyone. Everyone is very honest. This is the best dental office I have ever been to.

I've had traumatic experiences in the past and some very poor dentists work on my teeth. Dr. Desai is the best dentist I have ever seen, and I've had ALOT of work done on my teeth in the past. He and the whole staff are kind, thoughtful and provide a painless experience.
He is an excellent dentist!!!! His assistant was wonderful and kind and the whole staff was so helpful. I would recommend Dr Desai to everyone, and have.

He and his staff could not be any friendlier-they are so gracious and caring, they ask questions and really listen-then when you return for a check up...they actually remember your prior concerns and even little things you had talked about, and find out how you're doing! They are amazing-I've recommended them to so many people in full confidence that they'll receive the same great care I did. I had actually never had a cavity before-and they were so gentle and compassionate, it barely hurt at all!
About Hygienist: Karen, Dolores, and the rest of the staff is amazing-they are so gracious and helpful, trying to get me everything I needed working within my dental insurance constraints too. Everything was so clean and prepared too every time I have been there, like they were patiently awaiting my arrival!

I have a dentist phobia because I've had horrible work done in the past and at the point where I called Dr. Desai (who was reccommended by 1800-dentist), I was in awful pain and in major need of a root canal.
His Office Manager Karen was awesome and reassured me that everything would be fine which it was. Dr. Desai is very gentle, doesn't use those awful rubber blocks or nasty things that look like scissors. I've never felt any pain when he's worked on my teeth, never been asked to swallow anything gross, and my fillings and crowns have all stood the test of time.
I've also referred several other friends who had similar dental tragedies to Dr. Desai and they are continued patients as am I. There are other dentists that would be much closer but I'm happy to make the drive because I know I'll be well taken care of when I go there. If I so much as crinkle my nose, he'll ask me if I need more medication because, he cares.
Billing has also been wonderful as Karen has helped me split payments in the past when finances were tight and has been very accommodating of any need I've had. They're always willing to work with their patients... if you're in pain, they don't make you wait... they squeeze you in... He's the best!
