My experience with her was a bad one. I found her to be demeanor to be very unpleasant and domineering. In my opinion, if she does not feel that she has complete control over the discussion and entire experience as a whole, she is angry.
Because the relationship started off this way, I wondered what the underlying reason was. I kept thinking that maybe something's wrong with her physically or maybe she's going through some bad experience in her life. It seems as if she's very focused on the result that she has in mind, and dealing with the patient is an unfortunate part of the process.
But we have all had those experiences before. The worst was that the resulting teeth came out looking so badly in my mouth that they were unusable. Someone else might say they were fine--obviously Dr. Burkett--but I want my teeth and face to look as if I do not have dentures when I am finished. I've had many dentists in my life, and I found this experience to be the least pleasant in regard to the relationship to the dentist, and especially considering the result.
The way that she handled my dissatisfaction with the result was very reputable and professional, and I credit her for that.
About Hygienist: I found everyone else in the office to be pleasant, efficient, and professional.
