Dr. A is friendly, but negligent and incompetent. In order to get my bridge bite right he ground down the cusp completely on two teeth. He neglected to diagnos an absessed tooth which resulted in me undergoing many tests with a physician because I was having jaw pain (sign of a woman having a heart attack) at the expense of myself and my ins. co. Three days later went back to dentist with swollen maxilla and mandible, lymph nodes, and right side of face. Turns out the tooth was cracked and if he had bothered to look at my chart he would have noticed that he left himself a note to watch that tooth. Finally, Mike, the office personnel, got angry with me and threw a pen and my credit card at me because I questioned my bill, and he was not reprimanded even though I complained about his attitude.
