I have always had good service from Dr. Karn and the dental hygienists at River City. Something is going on with the management, however. Appointments have to be made months in advance and even then are often canceled with no notice. I'm currently looking for a new dentist because this happened to me and I was simply told that due to "losing" some of their hygienists they weren't rescheduling any appointments at this time. The reception staff is nice enough, but the wait is often long for no discernable reason. I liked this dentist but I would not recommend this facility.
