Simply a wonderful experience. This is simply the most professional, high caliber dental office I've been to. I've lived in New York most of my adult life and I've seen many different dentists. Dr. Shiao's office offers me the kind of experience that way surpasses them all. The office is brand new, high end with latest technology. The entire atmosphere feels more like a spa rather than a dental clinic. The office smells and flowers and they give you scented towel while you sit down at the chair to wait for doctor. The x-ray sensors and panaromic machine that goes around your head takes away the discomfort with oral x-rays, and digitially captures everything. Dr. Shiao personally reviews my x-rays with me on a computer screen right in front of me, while I comfortably lie there and get a massage from the dental chair. She explained my conditions to me in great detail and explained what I procedures I needed and why it needs to be done. I had a couple fillings done ...
