After I changed job last year my dental coverage was changed to Cigna which my previous dentist didn't take and that was when I found Expert Dental and Dr. Shiao's office. I've lived in New York almost all my life and have had many different dentists but this is by far the best dental experience. They have all digital computerized equipment so the doctor shows you the x-ray right on the TV screen in front of you. I saw Dr. Karng during my most recent visit and she was genuinely nice and courteous. I needed to get a root canal done and was initially nervous about it but it turned out to be not bad at all. I will be returning for my follow up appointments.
About Hygienist: The cleaning was done by the doctor, no the hygienist. It was fine.
