This Doctor came in on Sunday, his day off. For an emergency to help my wife out of pain. Her jaw was swollen and she was in tears. I called him and he answered while doing yard work. I though I had the wrong number but I spoke anyways and told him what was going on. I didn't have to beg or plead he just said "how soon can you get there". And about thirty minutes later at his office she was all smiles again.
